Terms and Conditions

All Delivery will be subjected to a surcharge of $8.

Hots Services will gladly replace any item or product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, provided such defects are reported to us within 2 hours from time of receipt.

Due to imperfect market conditions Bloomdale reserves the right to replace any item, flowers or accessories with another of equivalent or higher value, or another colour.

No refund will be allowed if the recipient is unavailable after two delivery attempts within the same day or the addresses provided is wrong. We will redeliver the same item/gift at a minimal charge of $5.00 . Fresh flowers and perishable products will not be redelivered if it is not in good condition.

Any refund will be given at the discretion of the company's management.
